The insights you need for the performance you want

DAJO AnalyticsAcross industry there are innumerable methods for measuring and improving performance. Each method  with its own strengths, and ultimately, its own limitations. For this reason ‘Out of the Box’ solutions often leave vital information gaps. Or, they might calculate a number in a way you weren’t expecting, giving a figure which does not make sense in your context. These shortcomings can reduce the effectiveness of the continuous improvement cycle or even break it entirely.

If you can’t measure it, you can’t improve it.

Lord Kelvin.

Often these gaps are exacerbated because any given system will only monitor one aspect of the continuous improvement cycle. Requiring multiple systems to be connected together to give the complete picture. But, because the systems haven’t been designed to work together, more gaps appear. These gaps between a system’s capabilities and the user’s expectations often mean that operators fail to see the full value of the system. They see the it as being effort heavy, and results light. Ultimately they disengage, and after a brief (but futile) struggle,  management give way, because they haven’t realised the benefits they envisioned either.

Gather and integrate data from complimentary  systems, as well as direct input of machine data from integrated sensors.

Set up machines,  product lines, cells and sites quickly and easily. Then visualise the data via an intuitive graphics based interface.

Target the areas that will deliver the biggest wins. Share and collaborate across departments and organisations.

For the want of a nail.

Sound familiar?

It doesn’t have to anymore.

DAJO Analytics uses Overall Equipment effectiveness (OEE) as a basis for its Continuous Improvement system. The system goes further than this though. Utilising machine sensors to harvest maintenance and reliability information. Informing you on a predictive basis of maintenance issues that may be about to arise.  Not only this, commercial weightings allow you to easily see the impact of machine downtime not just on productivity, but also profitability.

Allowing you, at any given time, to make the best, most informed decisions required to enhance the availability, performance, quality, and profitability of your facilities.
